Our cabin park model homes have built in added features to minimize maintenance while maximizing the life of your optional porch. These features include items such as 8” on center treated lumber support system and Latitude Natural Decking.

Unlike treated lumber decking which deteriorates and requires annual maintenance, Latitudes’ Natural Decking comes with a 15 year manufacturer limited warranty for decking which splinters, flakes, corrodes, or becomes structurally unfit due to rot, split, warp, cupping, checks, or damaged caused by termites or fungal decay (See Manufacturer’s Warranty for Complete Details).
